2. Description: Soda ash is an essential raw material used in many applications such as the manufacture of glass, detergents, paper, rayon and soaps, chemicals and many other industrial processes. It is also used as a water softener, since carbonate can precipitate the calcium and magnesium ions present in "hard" water. In China, it is used to replace lye-water in the crust of traditional Cantonese moon cakes, and in many other Chinese steamed buns and noodles.

3. Storage:

(1) Should be stored in a cool, ventilated and dry place. 

(2) Keep away from light and water.

(3) Don't be  mixed with the acid or alkali.
